Promo code policy:
- Room type and rate are subject to availability at the time of the confirmation.

Guarantee Policy: A valid credit card is required to secure the booking and for guaranteed purposes. The card will not be charged at the time of booking, payment is made at the hotel. A 2.5% fee applies to credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to 2 pm on the day of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of the first night’s accommodation rate. In the case of a no- show, the same cancellation policy will apply.
Pre and Post-Event Bookings: Requests for rooms pre and post above-mentioned stay dates are subject to availability and are available at a public rate.
